Do you have more ripe bananas then you are going to eat? Are you tired of using them to make banana bread? I was looking around on Pinterest and found this healthy banana cookie recipe using three ingredients. All you need is 2 ripe bananas, oatmeal and walnuts. What could be anymore simple.
Here is what you have to do. Mash up 2 ripe bananas in a bowl. Add 1 cup of quick oats and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. Mix together. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (makes clean up so easy). Drop by tablespoon size unto the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Makes about 10-12 cookies.
They are best to eat the same day. You can also add 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips, raisins, or pecans if you like them better than walnuts. Make them to suit your taste!

These look yummy and so very easy! I am always drawn to recipes with less ingredients. They always just look easier! I think you have an error in your ingredient list, it says 1/4 C of chopped oatmeal, but I figured out that was the nuts! Looking forward to sharing this!
Mmmm. These look great!
