If you know me, you know how much I love Julia Child. She was a strong women when you had to be awfully brave to be a strong woman. She was fearless in the kitchen and in life. She was imperfect and loved every bit of her imperfect self.
Julia Child died in 2004, but if she were still alive, she would have turned 100 today.
Next to my own grandmother, who is quite the wiz in the kitchen, Julia is one of my biggest culinary inspirations. So happy birthday, Julia!
