Homemade Pizza Rolls
Recipe type: Entree, Main
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
  • 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 50-60 pepperoni slices
  • Block of cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  1. Cut the block of cheese into small chunks.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a small pancake of dough.
  3. In the center of the dough, place a slice of pepperoni, a piece of cheese, and a second slice of pepperoni.
  4. Gather the edges of the dough to the center to encase the filling and place in a greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Repeat the process to fill your pan (25-30 rolls).
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
  8. While rolls are baking, heat a jar of pizza sauce. Pour over top of rolls when they're done or serve to in individual bowls for dipping.
You can use other fillings as well (bacon, peppers, onions, sausage, etc.). This recipe does not reheat well, so only make enough for one meal.
