Chocolate Buttermilk Pie
 
Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2½ Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer - until filling no longer jiggles.
  4. Cool before eating.
