Microwave Potato Chips
Recipe type: Snack
  • Potato (1-2 per person)
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  1. Slice potatoes as thing as possible (peel first if desired).
  2. Rinse slice until the water runs clear.
  3. Pat dry and layer on a plate.
  4. Brush each slice with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt if desired.
  5. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  6. Flip slices and microwave for 3 minutes on 50% power.
