Cold Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 bag fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts
  • 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • generous handful of shredded or grated cheese
  • black pepper to taste
  1. Chop spinach and artichoke finely.
  2. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours or serve immediately.
