Crock Pot Wine Chicken
  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts (or an equal amount of whatever kind of chicken you like)
  • 1½ cups wine, chicken broth, or beer
  • chopped Basil (I used about 3 stems worth of leaves)
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  1. Add chicken to crock pot. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
  2. Pour liquid over the chicken.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle on top.
  4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add 1-2 hours if using frozen chicken that hasn't been thawed.
