No brunch is complete without mimosas!
I work at Benignas’s Creek Winery and I wanted to come up with a mimosa for #BrunchWeek using one of Benignas’s wines, but we don’t have any sparkling wines. So, I started brainstorming a mimosa option that included a different type of sparkling beverage.
I found originally found a version of this mimosa recipe in a 2011 Southern Living Christmas book, but I revamped it to use a Benigna’s white wine called Liberty White and sparkling cranberry juice in small cans.
If you want a lower sugar recipe you can get the diet sparkling cranberry juice and a lower sugar orange juice. If you don’t live near Benigna’s Creek Winery to pick up a bottle of their Liberty white, look for a sweet white wine at your local grocery store, ABC store, or wherever you can find a large selection of wine.
Here’s the printable recipe… but you will barely need it, since this is a very easy recipe. It is hard to mess up!
