Christmas is right around the corner. Are you looking for a quick and easy cookie to make for a party or just need another cookie for your cookie trays? These chocolate caramel cookies are perfect.
All it takes is a Devils Food cake mix, eggs, canola oil, and a bag of mini rolos.
What is better than warm chocolate and caramel just out of the oven? Just remember to let them cool a little bit so you don’ t burn your mouth. Even thought burning your mouth would be worth it for these cookies!
Chocolate Caramel Cookies
Chewy cookies with a delicious caramel surprise inside.
Ingredients
- 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 bag of mini rolos
Instructions

In a large bowl mix together cake mix, eggs, oil until well mixed.

Take a small amount and wrap a rolo inside

Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
